Carbonization units — supply and operation

We turn wood waste into activated carbon — the equipment, the technology, and the operation are all in our own hands.

We design, manufacture, and operate carbonization units that produce premium activated carbon. From raw wood chips to a certified output for filtration and water treatment, construction, and healthcare applications.

In-house manufacturing, in-house technology

We're not just an equipment supplier. We built the construction, the control system, and the operating model ourselves — and we do the same for our clients.

We design and build carbonization units as a closed system: a modular, cascading architecture run by a central control system that converts low-cost wood chips into activated carbon with a specific surface area exceeding 900 m²/g.

During development we work with a research laboratory that verifies output quality (BET surface-area analysis) on every batch — so product quality is a matter of measurement, not estimation.

We deliver the unit fully ready for deployment, or we can operate it for the client — from raw material supply all the way through to shipment of the finished activated carbon.

What we deliver

Three ways to work with us — from a one-off delivery to long-term operation.

Unit delivery

Turnkey carbonization unit — design, manufacturing, installation, and operator training on site.

Operation & service

We take over the unit's operation, including raw-material logistics, process control, and regular servicing.

Custom technology & development

Adjustments to the technology and control system based on the client's specific feedstock, capacity, and target market.

How carbonization works

Four steps from raw material to certified activated carbon.

01

Raw material

Wood chips are prepared and fed into the system in precisely controlled amounts.

02

Pyrolysis

Controlled heating to 450–800 °C without oxygen converts the biomass into raw biochar.

03

Activation

The refining line increases the material's surface area to premium activated-carbon level.

04

Output

The finished activated carbon is tested and shipped to customers in filtration and water treatment, construction, and healthcare.

Target industries

Activated carbon from our units serves three main industries.

  • Filtration & water treatment — industrial air purification and heavy-metal removal from wastewater.
  • Construction — permanent carbon sequestration (decarbonization), added to concrete, asphalt, and insulation mixes.
  • Healthcare & pharma — a verified-purity base for developing detox and medical applications.

We also sell activated carbon directly

Besides delivering and operating carbonization units, we also sell finished activated carbon from our own production — no need to invest in your own technology.

We supply customers who need activated carbon as an input material for their own operations, not as an equipment investment. Every batch's quality is verified by surface-area measurement, so customers receive material with guaranteed parameters.

Available in granulated and powdered form, packed in bags or bulk big-bags depending on the required quantity and the customer's storage method.

  • Water utilities & filtration operators — heavy-metal removal from wastewater and industrial air purification.
  • Construction & insulation companies — added to concrete, asphalt, and insulation mixes for permanent carbon sequestration.
  • Healthcare & pharmaceutical sector — a scientifically verified-purity base for further development of detox and medical applications.
